「We woke up the last day we were there to 19 roaches in our room. They were dead but I was told since I was leaving there was nothing they could do. It was disgusting.」

「This place is beautiful, but I’m very sensitive to mold and chemicals and both of these were prevalent. The A/C had visible mold all around that and in the middle of the night a pest and weed control crew came and sprayed the heck out of the grounds with pesticides and herbicides. If you’re ok with the above, than I will say that this place is quite beautiful, the pool is great and being right on the water is lovely.」

「I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The suites are spacious, super clean, and very comfortable — more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The bed was great, the AC worked perfectly, and having a kitchenette was a huge plus. 「The property was very nice however the food and drinks were overpriced. Small pizza, and a burger with two drinks$150.00 us. Guacamole and some nachos with 2 bottles of water. Over $100 us. We chose to eat across the street for 1/3 the price. One margarita at the resort was $27 us.」

「Beautiful view and gorgeous beach. Please note that they were very understaffed and at times hard to find anyone to assist. Our room had the worst methane gas in the bathroom. We had to keep the sink and shower covered and last day had to use friends shower as it was smelling so badly. We ended up nauseous and with headaches. We informed manager and he was aware and said plumber could not come until the next week. Did not offer to even move us. He did give us a credit to come back. LOL. We live...
