"Great property to stay before or after a cruise. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They store your luggage if off ship too early for checkin. Southampton Airport nearby. Will stay again after a cruise."

"Easy check in online prior to arrival. Greeted by Nicole on arrival to hotel, she was very friendly. I was able to check in at 12:30pm for additional fee, which I was happy to pay. "Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening.
