"Hotel was very clean and nice. We stayed on 5-11-26 we checked in at exactly 3p.m...From the moment we checked in the man at the front desk was extremely rude. Didn't say a word to greet us. We had to ask him directions to our room which he made it seeem like we were bothering him. We then came down to ask directions to the pool area and all he did was point his finger! Not a word out of his mouth. He then made us walk down to the lobby to get toilet paper because the room and the pool restrooms only had tissue boxes! The hotel is nice and clean and once we found the pool we enjoyed the area. "

"Shabby Chic, beautiful location. Needs a major overhaul as the bathrooms have quite a bit of mildew and rust, be prepared for an ewww factor. Everything needs paint. Pool was lovely and you can’t beat the beautiful view of the ocean with birds, dolphins and surfers. "

"Great views from the room's balcony. Walking paths and beach right outside the hotel. Parking is interesting with self-parking adjacent to hotel in a public parking structure. Room service was delicious with food offerings from the in-house restaurant. The Steak Frites was phenomenal. Otherwise, great room design offering a spacious, comforting stay."
