Two-story home right in front of Ashumet Pond with boating and beach access. Two miles from Mashpee Commons, seven miles from Falmouth center, and five miles to the nearest beaches. Paul Harney golfcourse in neighborhood, plus five other courses within ten miles. The house itself has an open floor plan & a large pond-facing deck to relax on. one queen bed,one full bed and one king bed plus a loft with couch queen bed. Sheets and towels are not provided. Washer/dryer in basement. Wifi/basic cable.
