“Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. No one. 10 minutes later Richard walked in from outside. Red eyes, wreaked for pot. The guy running the front desk was out smoking a joint in the middle of his shift. He then proceeded to charge me for my room when I had pre-paid. I asked why he was charging me for the room, so he went in the computer and realized he shouldn’t have. Got to my room and the room was so moist/humid the sheets were damp. The bathroom floor had black curly hair all……

“No one stays at Red Roof for high end luxury. This is about good value and a comfortable place to sleep. We came for a graduation at UTenn in Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill. The room is small but clean. The lobby is quiet and there is always a fresh pot of coffee on. The hotel is convenient to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown. We would stay there again.”

“Room smelled like wet paint. Shower stall was slippery, toilet not clean. Outdoor pool not clean.”

“Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!”

“There isn't a rating high enough to convey how much I enjoyed staying at Motorcycle Inn. Recently renovated, every room is part showroom/part art installation and each room is uniquely tailored to pay tribute to a specific motorcycle. You get to choose what motorcycle is in your room! From the light up wood carvings depicting the country of origin for the motorcycle you chose to the light up panels that share that motorcycle's history to the boot cleaner in case you come in from a muddy ride and……

“Great facility, beds and breakfast”

“The breakfast was good and had a nice variety each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the washers on-site did not work well, which was a bit inconvenient. Parking was also difficult some nights due to large trucks and trailers blocking spots.”

“The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it.”
