A heavenly place to stay

This home was so warm and has all the ammenities one could ask for. The location is ideal and has a picturesque view of Two Medicine mountains as a backdrop. sitting on the deck watching the sunset is so beautiful and relaxing.

Property was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located to Glacier National Park! Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and will come back if we ever have the opportunity to return.. Leslie was a gracious hostess and did a great job furnishing this unit. Highly Recommend The Rising Wolf!!

We would HIGHLY recommend The Rising Wolf. It is a perfect location for all the top attractions of Glacier National Park. The accommodations were great with a beautiful clean cabin, comfortable beds and great showers. Add to that a fabulous host and why would you pick anywhere else to stay. Highly Recommend!!

Great Stay!!

Really loved our stay at Lone Elk Lodge/Rising wolf. Spacious and clean with all the comforts of home. Great for our family of 4 (all adults) and having the 2nd bathroom was very helpful. wifi/internet/roku worked great and helped plan day's activities. Loved the deck overlooking the mountains in the background too! Would definitely come back.

Glacier getaway

We had an absolute blast on our trip to the Rising Wolf Vrbo. It’s only about an hour drive north to the Many Glacier entrance and 45 to the St Mary entrance. Perfect location for any hikes on the East Side of Glacier NP. Would recommend this to anyone, and hope to be back at some point!

Great Location for exploring the East side of glacier. Very comfortable and personal touches (homemade biscuits as a welcome gift) and great recommendations for the area, including restaurant recommendations/menus and hiking tips.

Wonderful

The accommodations were exactly as stated and pictured. I have not stayed in a VRBO that was as well stocked as this property. The location was great and even had a 1 mile hiking trail behind the house. The owner was always available for help and gave us recommendations on hiking, things to do and restaurants. Loved this house.

A warm welcome

Rising Wolf cabon was the perfect place for us to stay with our three 10-year-old grandsons on our visit to East Glacier. The bedrooms were large and the baths had many extra touches for travel convenience. The kitchen and living area are quite spacious! They had a wonderful swing where we watched the sunsets While the boys played ladder ball in the yard. Leslie and Karl are wonderful hosts!

Cozy, clean, and beautiful

Our family rented 3 units and it was perfect for our reunion. The big yard was fun to play yard games and have s’mores. Wonderful to have all the firewood provided. The flowers were beautiful all around the rentals. The beds were comfortable. It was also clean. Leslie was helpful with information about the area and the scones were such a treat!

Highly recommended East Glacier

Rising Wolf is a wonderful home away from home. The building, grounds and views were so inviting. It was incredibly well appointed and immaculate. Equipped with many things one needs to cook and eat, coffee maker, BBQ, spices, washing machine, TV, towels, and toiletries. For relaxing afterwards there are board games, corn hole, pickle ball and a fire pit. There is a fireplace inside. Carl and Leslie thought of everything for a comfortable stay. We found tasty fresh homemade scones on our arrival Thank you

Mother/Son Trip

My grown son and I had an AMAZING time at Rising Wolf. The property is beautiful, the home had everything we needed, the location was perfect for our planned activities and Leslie was a WONDERFUL host! Leslie, we were grateful for all of your help and information before we arrived. We did stop in Columbia Falls on our way from Kalispell and bought all of our groceries for our stay. We were able to go on our adventures during the day and come back and make our evening meals each night. We also appreciated you having Bear spray for us and thankfully did not need to use it! We were happy we stayed near East Glacier as things seemed a lot quieter and more remote which is exactly what we wanted. Everything was perfect. Thank you, again, for being such a gracious host. Please say hello to George for us!! :)
