“I really enjoyed my stay at Suffolk Court. The condo was pristine. The property was nice and clean, well taken care of. Everything myself and my family needed was there, the beds were very comfortable, the patio was a delight-right on the canal- great view. The host, Christine, was very responsive, thank you Christine. I would definitely stay there again. “We stayed at Christoph’s from January-March 2025. We loved our stay and recomend to others.Things we loved were good communication even before we booked and throughout our stay. Beautiful grounds and lovely sunset view of channel with amazing yachts that pass by. It’s a 3-4 minute walk to beach and white lounge chairs available on beach next door with nearby hotel beach restaurant for food/drinks. We rented a car for groceries/day trips. Fish Fry area is 25 minute walk away with excellent food……

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sonia's condo, she was such a pleasure to work with. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more; perfect for a long stay. The Murphy Bed was easy to use and super comfy, and so were the sheets. The linen closet was fully stocked, and pay laundry on the same floor was convenient. The sunsets on the balcony every night were such a bonus, we just loved it. The actually grounds of Coral Beach were gorgeous, well cared for, and the pool was……

“The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there……

“This townhouse was perfect for our needs and our family of 10! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a bathroom. The dock was within steps of our unit and we could easily load and unload our groceries and gear each day. The best part is there’s plenty of dock space and it’s included. Just be aware that the hot water knobs in the showers are opposite!!! I had to take a cold shower the first night. Until I figured out the hot is on the opposite side.The A/C worked well it’s was chilly and……

“A beautiful condo with breathtaking views. The host was attentive to detail and ensured we had all the necessary information for a great stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Close proximity to one of the beaches, but I would highly recommend renting a car so you can explore the beaches and restaurants that the island has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.”
