Unable to stay- booked the room during a massive power outage in our area, arrived at hotel and was greeted by a very kind employee who notified us that they also had no power or hot water. Unfortunately I still haven’t been refunded the money or my reward points that were spent :( employees were great despite this unfortunate event

I booked this hotel with confidence as it had decent ratings on Expedia. I was very disappointed! First, there was an old piece of a cookie on the floor of our room, and old food left in the refrigerator. Second, we were out of shower gel. The housekeeping staff was clearly not paying attention. The room was just dated. The electric outlets weren’t working in the table. The bedding wasn’t as plush as advertised. I am very disappointed.

Good hotel, close to downtown, yet not in downtown. Great access to the freeway. Close to a Wal Mart, Target, Starbucks, Cracker Barrel and the usual. Good parking. Well kept, IMHO more modern and in better shape that the Fairfield Inn across the street.

Hotel seemed recently renewed. Room was big and we had plenty of room. I would have given 5 stars except Breakfast was set up late (45 mins later) and we were charged for water after being told desk staff would not refill the water container in the lobby.

This was the nicest of the 3 Hampton Hotels in New York that we stayed in. Had cookies and water. Was surprised that there was a $150 deposit when we checked in.

So clean and welcoming, our stay was quiet and restorative, after a harrowing 1st attempt at lodging at the nearby "Four Seasons Motel," which we DO NOT recommend. There were fresh, complimentary cookies on the counter at check-in and the reception agent spoke in a soothing manner. The room was modern and well appointed. The television had a greeting on the screen, with my first name, a new feature for me. There was a pool, but we didn't have time to explore the property before check-out. I asked if we could have an extra hour before check-out, and they said it was no problem. A would return.

The entrance from the highway is difficult to spot. I drove by it twice without noticing it. The room was good except for no bar soap in the bathroom. I got bar soap at main desk. Second floor hallway felt refrigerated. Room was warm but there was a noticeable chill in hallway. In three days it never changed. Breakfast OK if you like turkey sausage.

Booked and pre-paid for this property through expedia for my wife and mother in law to stay. Apon arrival the desk staff made my wife pay again saying it wasnt paid...so I paid 218.99 Canadian for it and she got scammed out of an additional 183 US. Will change review if they correct it but so far nothing...The place is nice and aparently pet friendly as there was a cat that woke them up at 5am meowing out in the hallway....

Breakfast was a disaster. Food and coffee was depleted and it took a long time to replenish. Never did get any eggs.

Property was very nice, room was beautiful and clean and the staff was so pleasant. From the front desk (Jeneal (?)) to the woman running the bkfst buffet. Will definitely come back.
