"Place was nice and clean. However, I had to call VRBO support to ask for the check-in instructions as I was already on the road traveling to the condo and hadn't received them. Was on the phone for 30 minutes until I finally heard from the owner. Also the hot water wasn't working correctly, called the owner but he couldn't see anything wrong when he checked. Taking cold showers in the winter is rough."

"The property is as listed. It's new so is very clean and has pretty much all the basics you need. It is remote, almost 3 miles of dirt road, no internet though does have WIFI. There are restaurants 9 miles away in Morrisville with surprisingly good food, ( the duck at Siam Valley Thai was exceptional), as well as groceries, hardware, etc. A good place to escape from our daily craziness."
