「Our family of 6 (our Adult children and a grandchild) had a wonderful time at this resort. The pool area, dining, and boat trips (one to a private beach that is complimentary) were the highlights. And the service is top notch, very attentive. Also paid for a boat tour to see the seals and lighthouse which was excellent with Captain John. The rooms could use some upgrades and some painting/cleaning around the cottages. For a top notch family resort on Cape Cod, it’s either here or Chatham Inn. 」

「A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and found the lodging to be quite comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the full bathroom was spacious and clean. While we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked. The reclining chair and large screen TV with wrap around sound was nice to return to. 「Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!」

「We all had a great time on vacation. We would go to the beach to return to the amazing pool fun and eat dinner in air conditioned home. The bedrooms were roomy and came with fresh linen and towels. The kids and adults loved the pool. " We don't think we could stay anywhere without a pool again." We love going to Cape, we went to P-Town at night and went to Martha's Vineary on the Ferry for our last day, we went out for dinner every other night. Awesome vacation down the Cape. 」

「House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort.」
