It's like taking a step back in time. At the foot of the historic Ironton Ferry and only seven miles from Boyne City, the location is perfect. Crossing the Ironton Ferry, downtown Charlevoix is 5 miles away, and only 3 miles from Northern Michigans premiere wedding destination venue, Castle Farms. Across the narrows from your beach is the Landings Restaurant, Lake Charlevoix's premier lakefront dining. Enjoy a casual round of golf at Ye Nyne Olde Holes Golf Club just down the road. Perfect location for winter vacationers as well, with Boyne Mountain Ski Resort only a 15 minute drive. The property also conducive for cross country skiing, snow shoeing and snowmobilers, with access to the lake as well as the great big front and back yard the farm house for your own recreational use.
