「It was a nice stay. I have stayed there before and actually had the same one issue. Just one issue. Well, this time it was my husband who experienced it. Regulating the water in the shower. It was not consistent and you could get scalded trying to turn the hot water down without it going to a straight freeze. I don’t know why I didn’t have the same problem this time. I did the same thing each time in the shower. He said the same. Scalding hot then as he was trying to turn it down was getting...

「The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.」

「customer service is not great! the gentleman that checked me in was super friendly but not go over the $200 hold on my debit card. Would have been nice to disclose that being such a large amount to hold. the female that check me out had an attitude not friendly, I would say, I would not recommend to friends. we actually stayed at the Marriot Friday, price was half what we paid the the Westin and customer service way greater.」

「When we arrived, there was still a dirty towel on the balcony. Also, the televisions and tv platforms need to be upgraded. Dish Network had very limited tv programming & there was no way to stream on other platforms like Hulu, Netflix, or Disney Plus due to the outdated, non-Smart TVs, which was disappointing!」

「The staff at this property is amazing!! They’re all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast and all day available coffee is an extra bonus. I also enjoy the cats near the property!!!」
