NEW POOL COMING SOON! This charming 6BR, 3BA Victorian waterfront vacation home complimented by a 1BR, half BA guest house is just minutes from downtown Cambridge is designed with your comfort in mind. The character-filled interior is complemented by an open floor plan ideal for entertaining.

Amenities include a ramp for watercraft, a waterside canopy of mature trees, extensive shoreline bulkheading, beach, tidal pond, wrap around porch, and a rural setting providing privacy and dramatic sunsets.

The separate carriage house is 150 feet from the main house providing an appropriate remove and equally charming. Entering a magnificent open arrangement of kitchen, living, and dining areas, this attractive and comfortable cottage has a water presence on a tidal pond that frames nature’s beauty with a wall of windows. The beautiful wood floors, exposed hand hew wood rafters, and craftsman-style kitchen cabinets add warmth.

Dock: 75 foot private dock. Water and electricity is available for guest use.
Water Toys: 2 adult kayaks, 2 adult paddleboards, crabbing and fishing gear are available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency.
Grill: Charcoal grill.
WiFi: Please note that the rural nature of the area may limit data access. Some of our properties can experience slow internet speeds.

The house and setting is beautiful. You really are all alone, right next to the water. We enjoyed the large open kitchen and living room, the spacious yard and dock and the wonderful pool. Everyday was spent in and around the water. The paddle board and kayaks were great to have for some exercise and fun.

This house is a perfect location with easy water access, the rooms and bed sizes (almost all Kings which is hard to come by) were perfect for my entire family, and the pool and beach were great. I booked this rental back in January 2025 based on the house advertising a private dock and we were bringing our boat, there was an issue with its use but that was resolved 1 week prior to the trip. Upon arrival there were a few issues, some were able to be handled promptly, others were unfortunately ongoing. 2 days into the trip, we noticed the fridge wasn’t staying cold and all dairy and perishable products had to be thrown out. We are waiting on Vrbo to see how food reimbursement works. After many texts with Vrbo they were finally able to get a repair man out to us, 1 week into our vacation, he tried to fix the issue and hoped it would work while he ordered the part, which unfortunately was only installed on the last day of our 2 week stay. Luckily the fridge in the cottage worked so we were able to keep our perishables there for week 2, however this was very inconvenient since the prep and dining was done in the main house. We also had to do our laundry there as the washer in the main house was also broken but was unable to be fixed during our stay. This house has enough room for a big family. We were 7 adults and 4 small children. The newly built pool was fantastic, the kids and adults all loved it. We enjoyed the private beach, kayaks, and the crabbing
