East San Antonio Business Hotel

"Driving up I was a little concerned that is was going to be sub-par because the area had a lot of construction going on, and the outer presentation looked aged. But I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. It was beautiful. Very posh, with a minimalist decor. The amenities were top notch. Amazing social areas and great gym. The staff were super accommodating with excellent customer service. Special mention to the front desk attendant Amina. She was so very nice. The room was super clean. I always look for stray hair and dust on the base boards, dirty corners, smudges on the wall ( hotel snob here). I even travel with my own cleaning products. I was delighted to say this hotel made me feel super comfortable. Great job with house keeping. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and that was on point too! Just delicious. My only issue was the construction was loud during the day when I was working. But that is not the hotels fault. Just beware if you are going to be working in your room. As for something opposite the construction. To sum it all up... AMAZING PLACE. Will definitely return!"

"Hotel Valencia has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at in San Antonio. Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very friendly. Hotel is clean, they give you a complimentary bottle of wine, staff was always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend!"
