“La bâtisse est magnifique et le lieu a beaucoup de charme, mais les chambres pourraient être un peu améliorées pour être au niveau du prix (100 € la nuit). Malheureusement, le service n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Il n’y a souvent personne à la réception, même au moment du check-in. Nous avons également eu un incident : un matin, alors que nous étions dans la chambre, la clé était insérée dans le boîtier (ce qui indique clairement que la chambre est occupée). “I would not return here or recommend it. We had 3 nights booked but didn’t use the 2nd night as we were in the jungle (we only stored some luggage). The cleaning person didn’t give new towels or clean our bathroom, empty trash etc. while we were gone. The pool was not functioning and there are no spa services as advertised. Most of the food was not available at the restaurant for dinner. It is a ways out of town. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever encountered. I never give bad reviews but this……
