"A modern hotel with superb facilities I recommend to stay in this hotel in Prague.
However, my experience of checking in was extremely disappointing. I arrived early at 9:30 am, the staff had collected my personal data and informed that we can come back after 3pm to collect the key.
When we returned at 4:30 pm, the female receptionist "played" the computer for a long time and said that she couldn't provide the room even though there was record of us doing the check in the morning. She just stood there and provide no solution. She said we hadn't pay city tax, which I really did not know why this is the reason of not getting the room. City tax should be paid after getting thr room. Finally she called the senior manager who professionally solved the problem and apologized the chaos that had happened. He also kindly provided upgrade of our stay to be able to use the executive lounge. I really appreciated him."
