“Great property for summer. Going in November we missed out on a lot of benefits it has to offer. Room was clean, bed comfy. Property could use a little updating of carpet in halls and elevator but it is a state park and has a lot to offer. Very close to what we needed. Staff super friendly and great suggestions in the area. We are already looking to return during summer months! ”

“The cabin stay is prwtty private. I had no cell service so I had to you wifi calling mode which doesn't bother me at all. The cabin does have decent wifi. The communication with the host was good on day of arrival.”

“The property was mostly as represented on the VRBO listing.It was pretty clean (some of the area rugs needed to washed or vacuumed and some of the floor hadn't been swept.) There was plenty of light, both natural and lighting in the cottage. The location was secluded and private. I didn't like that how far from things didn't seem accurately represented. The 2nd bedroom was misrepresented by a different view of the 1st bedroom. The 2nd bedroom wasn't as private since the kitchen had a window that……

“Everything about Carroll Cabin was wonderful. It was absolutely immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, but best of all were the thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a home. The location was perfect for easily accessing the trails in Red River Gorge.”
