"I attempted to let the front desk know that our room door would not latch. I requested to be changed to a room that had a front door I could close. Nobody would be comfortable with the door being open all night, anybody could have walked into my room and we have children with us. The manager kept repeating that there hadn’t been any issue, and I simply asked if she was implying that we did something to it. This question seemingly outraged her to the point she called me “insane” in front of my daughter and my wife physically had to stand between her and I because she was trying to come towards me in an aggressive manner. The single most unacceptable experience I’ve had in my life."

"Staff is so friendly, we like the property… but the bed is terribly uncomfortable. Slept awful so won’t be back unless they boast all new very comfortable mattresses!"

"There was not enough seating for all the guests at breakfast. When we waited for seating to be available, the breakfast was shut down. The next morning we ate on a bench by the elevator so we didn’t get cut out again. It was not ideal."
