“They were accommodating to us checking in an hour early. The room was clean and neat, had blackout curtains and an AC. Being an old building the floors are squeaky, our travel eat plugs were very helpful!
There was no place to refill water bottles other than tap water. When we tried to buy water from the vending matching it was empty.
Over all we had a good experience.”

“The front desk staff was amazing. They were professional and friendly. Tammy was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed and showed us to all the amenities.”

“When I entered the lobby, it said to ring the bell, so I did.
No response or nothing and the bell was more of the thud than a ring, so I did it again.
The Yelled Response was "Just a minute"
The hotel was clean and there appeared to be some amenities; but it is old and needs updated.
I think you can find better hotels.
Also do not confuse this with the Best Wester of the same name. Why is up with that anyhow?”
