They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. 」

「I have booked with Accra Luxury Apartments a couple of times now, and one thing I always like about them is their communication. Very responsive and prompt in replying to messages. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport and assist with the check-in process. This last one, I reserved a room for my wife for one night.
