“Fantastic property in an ideal location! It is incredibly safe and perfectly situated for walking all of Ortigia. Our host, Sebastiano, was amazing—communication was a breeze, and he provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and the best places to visit during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again!”

“The property was clean, brand new, and very well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. However, the room was extremely dark. There was only one glass door/window, which let in very little natural light during the day, so we had to keep the lights on. There was also a small window above it that could not be closed, which let in quite a lot of light early in the morning and could be disturbing when waking up. “Cons: Tutto in particolare la gentilezza”

“Good location, expected a Seaview but it only has that in the bedroom which is up a steep 21 stair sprial staircase. Well appointed, had most everything and was very large and modernish. Parking on site is possible which is great to have. Walking distance to Oritiga, and MANY good restaurants nearby. Had trouble communicating with the owner initially but pivoted to WhatsApp and was a breeze after that. Bed is comfortable and 2 AC units one on each floor means you are comfortable. Few minor……

“Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment, at a perfect location. Fantastic hosts, who even picked us up a few miles from the apartment because we had problems with public transport.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and it is a great location right in the heart of Ortigia. Our only feedback is that the bed sheets were quite worn and old.”

“Communication with management was superb. Check-In was easy. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The area in my opinion was generally quiet and safe. I walked most places and occasionally took a Uber. I would book the place again.”
