“Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.”

“Oily stove without sufficient cleaning. Carpet was sticky and there was a stain on it. Besides, a bottle of cigarettes butts were also found at the balcony. Unhelpful staff and lack of response to the mentioned issues.”

After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more ”

“We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. ”

“Bathroom is quite small. Not much space for storage. It is quite difficult to control the heat water temperature when taking shower, sometime too hot. They have very good gym facilities.”

“We found stain on bed sheet so we ask for housekeeping service. However, we were being rejected as they insist they will only provide housekeeping service on the fourth day of our stay. Also, we are not happy with the security as well. Everyone from the park lot can easily access to our apartment.”
