“Hotel and staff were nice. Beautiful and delicious hot breakfast with a large assortment of food. We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. The upgraded rooms all have individually controlled A/C. It is a very pretty hotel and was very……

“My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First”

“Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”

“可能因為到達日是安息日，完全見不到人。收到幾封郵件都是希伯來文看不懂。幾經周折才知道鑰匙存放的地方。發了郵件和打電話給酒店直到check out也沒回應。室內併不干淨。上到頂樓可看到大面積的加利利湖。”

“The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on……

“Great place for a family vacation”

“we can enjoy a quite place in front of Galilee sea........”

“Gorgeous honeymoon getaway”

“EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice”

“The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many……
