Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in Eastham and enjoyed this house. The yard was a great place to relax in the shade. The kitchen had all we needed to cook at home. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was all we needed to get great sleep in the comfortable beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week at 1 Gile Rd this summer and had a wonderful time - the house is huge (for a cape house), clean & the air conditioning worked great. Agency communication was well thought out, clear, timely & non invasive.The only minor issue we had was that while there is, technically, an ‘outdoor shower’, it is not enclosed in any way - basically a shower head on the side of the house; every house we’ve stayed at previously for the last 10y has had an enclosed shower, so: slight curveball but not too bad - still had a great week overall.
