We love our neighbors and we want them to love us too! We are located in a quiet, private association, residential area just off the main road, therefore, we do not allow parties or events at Sandy Point.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, featuring two plush queen beds, a full bed, and two twins. We provide luxurious linens, cozy duvets, and a full set of towels, including beach towels, to make your stay as effortless as possible. We are centrally located in Eastham which offers the best of a Cape Cod vacation as we are minutes from the National Seashore and all the beautiful oceanside beaches for those glorious sunrises and of course, just steps away from your private association beach for those amazing sunsets!
