「This property had an east facing deck overlooking the water with many eastern windows. It's a cozy place for a couple; a gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is quite complete (no dishwasher), and it opens onto the deck. Very convenient right off of Rt 6, but we were far enough away that we didn't notice the traffic.」

「Our cottage was one of several on the same lot. We had plenty of privacy, it would be a great location for a family reunion as many families could have their own house. Our cottage was clean and well-equipped, on the water. It was too cold for us in early May, but the shared dock would be fun for canoeing and kayaking in the warmer months. Definitely a spot to return to.」

「Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

「Property is in a great location near the beach that has gorgeous sunsets and during low tide great for walks. Also easy access to Rt 6. House was very neat and clean, good size for the two of us and our pups. Lots of little extras, such as coffee, snacks, nice linens, etc that made us feel welcome and at home.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses...
