“This is a perfect place for 1-2 people. Also perfect for those with need for accessibility. Beautiful? Serene setting complete with visiting deer. Quiet street within walking distance of Lake Erie. Very comfortable seating and bed, nice kitchen area. Good parking, easy no step entrances. Host was available and welcoming. Exceptional site.”

“Good location. Great bakery nearby.”

“The property had way too many signs…Eviction notice posted on the front door.,..No internet meant no TV…First stay where there was no coffee. No exterior lighting on parking lot or stairs to entrance.”

“No complaints”

“The area was great, it had a store in the first floor which was very convenient. 2 bedrooms and a pull out in the living room make it ideal for bigger families. ”

“The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.”

“Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.”

“Everything was good”

“Basically a hotel turned into private apartments. The bed was comfortable and perfect for a conveniently located overnight stay with parking included. The owner was attentive to messages and did their best to accommodate requests.”

“Everything was exactly as it was listed. Check-in was a little confusing, as you don't park right at the property, there's a house between the parking lot & the property. And the code was a bit confusing - you have to push the "home" button, then your code ;) . Otherwise, everything was great -- very nice property. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Clinic - we found it easier to walk than it was to park in the parking garage.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Check in was simple and easy It was right where we needed to be with many restaurants within walking distance as well as the train station in Little Italy for a quick trip downtown. If you have a large vehicle the parking is going to be tight, but depending on where you want to be you might not need to drive.”

“Loved everything about it except parking”

“The apartment was very clean and spacious. A quick walk to Cleveland Clinic which is perfect if you're spending anytime at the Clinic. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.”

“Pros: downtown location, easy check-in, huge loft, great host communication. Perfect for a weekend stayCons: stained linen, dusty furniture, missing shades in living room, bathroom and shower/tub needing repair, bathroom photos were in accurate, be aware of your surroundings when walking outside.”

“The communication was I believe an error on Vbros part because on the host end they sent instructions but it didn’t reach my message box on Vbro, but it worked out. I would definitely go back just to relax and recharge”

“The area felt unsafe. Poor lighting, poor parking options. Very noisy. Blinds don’t close. The building was shabby and we were approached by residents upset with unit being rented. Did not feel welcome. The key is in a lockbox on an adjacent property. Lock difficult to manipulate. The rental property was clean but not very comfortable.”
