"We were in the area for a stop on our 4 day road trip. This area is small & quaint and the chain motels have very high rates. This little gem is an updated older motel in very good repair. There was a walk in shower which my hubby needed. The room was clean and in good repair. The bedding and towels were nice. Toilitries were provided. It was quiet, peaceful. There is not a pool. There is coffee available in the lobby, but no breakfast. The gentleman who check us in was friendly and...

"We stayed here for a wedding on St George Island we booked last minute. Overall it was a good stay. We were only there to sleep and shower. We spent most of our time on the island. Beds were okay, not real comfortable but it was okay. Clean! I would recommend "

"Conveniently located off the main hwy in Eastpoint, Fl. this property was a great find. We didn't have advance notice of our business trip, so we were thrilled to find this guest house on very short notice. The owner BJ, who resides on the property, was great to work with. The location was beautiful and safe. Everything you need is available if you want to cook in or there are Great restaurants nearby, Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

There is coffee available in the lobby, but no breakfast. The gentleman who check us in was friendly and cordial. He also checked us out the next morning. This is a great place for an overnight stay when in the area...we recommend."
