Overall our stay was great and comfortable. The issue we had, which really bums me out is the lack of communication from Vacasa. I would have personally messaged the owner if there was a possibility, so instead, I hope she sees this. Prior to our arrival, I confirmed with them twice that there is a pack n play in the house and upon arriving late at night after a 16 hour travel day with our 9 month old, there wasn’t one at the house. I contacted Vacasa probably 6 times and each time they told me they’d “check on it” and never responded back, not even 7 days later. I finally gave up after 3 days. We are on an island in the middle of no where and had to scramble and have our family reach out to Facebook groups to try and get us a PP for our 9 month old. I have had problems with Vacasa in the past like this where they just stop responding instead of actually helping. Being an owner of 4 rental properties myself, I would highly encourage the owner to get a new management company. It too cute of a place to have such terrible service. Everything else was great, the house was super cozy!
