Love the outdoor areas!
This is a great lake house! We enjoyed the views and the quiet of the neighborhood. Some in our group swam from the dock. Some floats and swim towels are provided. We were in town to celebrate a Georgia College graduation, and the house provided the perfect place to gather and celebrate afterwards. The outdoor space is very accommodating, with several different seating areas, and inviting, while the indoor space is super comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!

Beautiful home. Well kept. Nice bedrooms and fun outdoor spaces to gather. Travel to nearby restaurants is about 30 minutes but also a good chance to see local towns as well.

Fantastic Lake Getaway
This home is has it all!! From the kitchen that is admirably equipped and stocked to meet all your cooking/dining needs to the extremely comfortable bedrooms and private baths to the AMAZING bar/lounge and the impressive boat dock. We spent more time hanging out in the bar watching football and enjoying a fire than inside. The furniture and bedding are comfortable and updated. The ambience of this home is one of relaxation and chill. You can be as active as you want or cuddle with a book and a fire. Absolutely coming back to this one and bringing our boat to enjoy the water!!

Rachel, our property host, was just terrific with communication. She answered any questions in a timely manner. House was as pictured & the view of Lake Sinclair was gorgeous & neighborhood tranquil. House was clean, well laid out & kitchen well stocked. Water sports equipment available. For our first Vrbo experience, would highly recommend. Very pet friendly.
