Beautiful lake house!

Very nice stay at the lake

We enjoyed staying at this property. My bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the large patio and the large sofa. We loved the quick and easy access to the pool, too. In the kitchen, the oven took a while to figure out there was a knob to turn it on, so maybe some instructions to notify guests of that. And also we would have liked more tupperware. But other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked! We hope to come back for a stay again next summer!

Perfect!!

This property was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Very clean, well maintained, terrific location, pleasant neighborhood. The property is just steps from the lake AND the pool/tennis courts. The screened porch has very comfortable furniture and was the perfect place to hang out during an afternoon rain. The owners were extremely responsive to our request/questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great vacation spot!

We had two couples and an infant stay at the Soco cottage for a long weekend and it was great! Everything was well stocked and clean! We had all that we needed and the hosts were very responsive. The property is a lovely spot for people who want a relaxing time at the lake.

5 star R&R at the lake

Our stay at SoCo Cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was spacious, tastefully decorated, CLEAN and stocked with everything we needed. The view of the lake was perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful. The best part of SoCo Cottage was the massive screened in back porch. Even when it rained we could still enjoy the outdoors. Kevin was very attentive and responsive. We can't wait to visit again!

Girls Trip

This was an amazing getaway. The view is beautiful and the home is amazingly cozy. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for a home away from home experience. Thank you for the much needed rest!

Family getaway

The house was awesome! It was very clean and we loved the super comfy beds. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, down to the lake and pools. The owners were very responsive to our questions. It was a very relaxing and peaceful getaway. We look forward to returning.
