Come enjoy a relaxing week or weekend at this beautiful condo at Cuscowilla. This all one level luxury Cuscowilla Condo in The Arbors is over looking the Waterfall & Pond. This stunning Condo has Hardwood floors, Granite counter tops, Large Covered Stone Patio over looking the waterfall, Upgraded Stainless Appliances, Pantry, Custom Made wooden serving counter between the Great room & kitchen that will seat 3, dining area overlooking pond, windows on three sides of dining room over looking the pond, Fireplace that has Gas logs for those cool nights, Custom Coffered ceiling in the Great room. Lots of windows making the condo light & bright. Large Master Suite, walk in closet. Master Bath has tile Shower and Double sinks. First guest bedroom with king size bed. Guest Bathroom with bath/shower and roomy dressing area. Second guest bedroom with two queen size beds, great for extra guests . Large Utility room with full size washer and dryer Attached 2 car garage.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is secured by a valid credit card which is payable at the time of booking approval or you may purchase a damage waiver.

Wonderful property to stay in to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. Great location overlooking beautiful pond and waterfall. Comfortable beds and decor and an all around excellent place to stay on vacation.

Lovely little villa
We had a wonderful stay at this Cuscowilla home. The patio and pond is really nice. The home decor is tasteful. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. It was so nice to have garage parking as well. One negative/recommendation for improvement - add blinds or curtains to the master bedroom french doors - I really did not sleep at all when the sun rose each day in the room at 5:50. Other than that, me and my family had a lovely stay.

The Arbors at Cuscowilla
It was a very nice place. I gave it an overall 4 because the parking was a struggle and the upstairs neighbors were crazy noisy. Other than that, it was a nice weekend.

Short Girl's Trip
The property is beautiful & I would stay again. My biggest complaint is with garage disposal. Having guests take their trash off is unacceptable. I strongly urge the owners to come up with a better solution. The water pressure in the showers was a bit low. The patio furniture was very dusty so it evidently was not cleaned. I did love the wood floors & leather furniture. The recliner is a bonus for those who are older or suffer with back problems. I look forward to visiting again.
