Wonderful trip with 2 Families
We visited Lake Oconee for spring break. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 children. The house was wonderful because we were able to easily cook several meals at home but it was also centrally located so we were able to visit the town of Eatonton GA and The Ritz for lunch. The dock was wonderful and we rented a pontoon boat overnight and keep it in the boat slip. The owners were great and quick with communicating. My daughter also left her beloved bunny in the bunk bed and they were kind enough to ship it back to us! We would definitely stay again!

We booked this rental during a 10u Basketball tournament that we were attending in Eatonton. The house was everything we expected. Plenty amenities to keep our kids entertained. Highly recommend.

End of summer family fun
We spent three nights at this home as an end of summer get together with all our kids. The home was spotless, the view is beautiful, and the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the owner’s kayak and eating at the large dining table. We watched a movie in the basement one night and ate at all our favorite Lake Oconee restaurants. The kids all asked if we could come back to this house. They loved it!

Great time! Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Location is ideal, just minutes from restaurants, Publix etc. The view from the deck onto the lake is fantastic. Ping pong, gaming console and comfy couch in the basement is a nice touch. Hope to be back soon.

Nice quiet weekend getaway with plenty of activities for the family
Property was clean, nice large table for the family to gather around, fire pit was great, and the views were of course nice and very peaceful being on the water. The rental came with a nice surprise of toys and games for the kids to enjoy. The water toys were a hit for our family, but the kids spent even more time in the basement playing ping pong and with all the other indoor toys. Great place for a quick weekend getaway for those of us who spend our weeks in the city.

Beautiful fall weekend on the lake!
Great property to enjoy Lake Oconee! The home is right on the water and is very well appointed. The property has a large open concept kitchen, dinning room, great room with fire place overlooking the lake through large windows. The property is well managed with very clear instruction and communications to help you quickly understand the features of the property and how stuff works. It has plentiful supply of the things you need: towels, paper products, spices, dishes, trash bags etc. The fire pit and dock area are awesome for enjoying the lake and property. The master suite was also very nice with a balcony overlooking the lake. While we didn’t have children with us this trip, the bunk room would be great for a family with a bunch of little ones. Great property that is close to shopping and restaurants!

It was an older property. The drain in the bottom floor tub took forever to drain. The trash hadn’t been picked up. Silverware and dishes had terrible hard water stains on them. They were not very appealing to eat with. The master suite was very nice, The view out to the lake was beautiful and we did enjoy our time there. The lake accessories along with yard games added to our enjoyment. Very friendly neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful and kind.

Great Property!
The house was awesome and as advertised. There was lots of activities and space to keep everyone entertained and happy, everything from little kids toys to family games to the beautiful lake and fire pit out back. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking for ourselves easy. And everything was clean and in good condition. Really could not have asked for a better time or better hosts!
