We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. "We spent a night in the Eddy Lodge on our way back home. It's in a quiet village in a farm setting. Parking is on a private driveway near the Lodge. The accommodation is a mini house with a double bed, kitchen/living room and a shower room, all overlooking the fields at the back of the farm. The immediate grounds are fenced in, which was useful as we had our dog with us. Overall, a comfortable night's stay."

"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"
