"The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. Next door is the amazing, great-priced Seazen Buffet. A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly.
