"The room was fairly large for Japan, and comfortable, I was on the top floor, non smoking comfort floor. And the breakfast was good. Staff was super. My only complaint is that because some floors were smoking, sometimes the lobby area smelled enough like cigarettes to give me a headache. Location is good for new Shinkansen station. Sidewalks ok."

"芝政ワールドで夕方まで遊んでから宿泊しました。 芝政からとても近い立地だったことが良かったです。 ちょうど露天風呂から芝政の花火を見ることができて得した気分でした！ お料理はとても美味しかったです。 お風呂は若干お湯が熱めでした。 施設は全体的に古いのでところどころ残念でしたが、従業員の方々の気配りは行き届いていたと思います。"
