“Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. She has messaged us, she has suggested what to visit, she is so so sooooo sooooo nice, which makes u want to come back and stay in Sarzana again, Debora is just the best!!!! “Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.”

“A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!”

“非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。”

Unlike these new self-service hotels, this hotel is the example of how a hotel should be run, with staff who are readily available, a high-quality, broad-choice breakfast, decor that is tasteful and relaxing, and clean rooms with high ceilings in a solid building. I was concerned about the hotel being close to a main road, but the street noise was not as bad as I had thought it would be. The windows and building are solid enough to keep out most of the noise, and……
