“Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le seul bémol c'est que nous n'étions là que pour une nuit ! La chambre était belle et propre, le matelas extrêmement confortable et notre hôte était au petit soin pour nous. Et point bonus pour le petit déjeuner délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“We took aged parents and I hadn't picked up anywhere that lift went to first floor only. Room was comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good have been more geneous or perhaps those who went before had eaten all the croissants!”

“The staff was very helpful and dealt with the issue we had, but, the room had a cigarette butt left on the floor, and smelled of cigarettes.”

“Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough.”

“This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. “First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future .”

“The internet did not work. We stayed on the top floor, it was not strong enough to connect. Also, a number code would be useful to get in without the key card. We inadvertently left the key in the room and had to call someone to come and let us in. Clearly our fault and they were very kind and accommodating, and literally ran over without complaint. Otherwise, great location, very comfy beds, clean spacious room and lovely host.”
