Excellent service, upscaled and conveniently located.

Our room had an infestation of ants in the bed and on the floor. My daughter got bit by an ant. Had to complain twice before we were moved rooms and that was after I showed video proof that I wasn’t talking about one to two ants crawling around the room.

The hotel was in a safe neighborhood and there we're many restaurants within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel provides a better than average breakfast with hot and cold selections, amazing croissants and fresh baked breads, and a coffmachine that individually brews coffee any way you might like, from black coffee to espresso to cappuccino to latte etc. The rooms are not very plush. The towels are kind of thin and no wash cloth provided. There is a pump bottle of hand soap by the sink and shampoo in the shower. I did really like the dual shower head with hand-held device in the shower. I wouldn't recommend for business traveler s as the "desk" in tje room has no real chair, just a hassock. There are no nightstands next to the bed, but there are outlets on both sides and a spot on the headboard where you can put your phone and glasses in some netting. Environmental controls were spotty. They worked fine in our room, but right next door, our friends had trouble keeping the temp cool enough on a warm day. We went here looking for a reaspriced hotel in Budapest near where we would be starting our tour activities and this met our needs.

Good hotel clean and renovated, just the beds were very soft and some more detailed cleaning would be nice. Staff was very atentive, location very good, and breakfast excellent
