"The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. "

"Such an amazing gem!! Incredibly clean grounds and all of the staff, and I mean all, are so kind and amazing. I’m just leaning to speak Spanish and they were so graceful in helping me with it and making sure I got the pronunciation correct. Highly recommend for beginners learning Spanish. "

"What a sweet place and so close to the airport! I needed to check in really early and they were so accommodating. The little cabin I rented was adorable and set in really pretty grounds and they arranged taxi service for me back to the airport. Lovely place!"
