"The environment was a different vibe, didn’t felt like I was in London. I thought I was in a holiday. The only down part was there was no open window. Windows were all closed."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The view is amazing if you get a bridge view room HOWEVER for the price this hotel is kind of run down. We checked in at 430 and was told our room wasn’t ready. The staff member checking us in was super sweet and understanding however when we got to our room 45 mins later it seemed it had been cleaned in haste. The floor was FILTHY I’m talking chunks of stuff on the floor , splattered make up on the wall and there was pooling water on the surfaces, mold on the pillows, not enough towels and no shampoo. There also was noisy construction in the lobby and around the hotel that I think will be around for a while. Previous hotels I’ve stayed at warn you about that. Overall it was lacklustre for the price and I was extremely disappointed. Save your money and stay elsewhere."

"Breakfast and staff where great, the choice of food at breakfast was great and really fresh. The hotel is defiantly quirky and almost homely feel. "

"I asked for a quiet room and they found me a lovely peaceful room so that I got a good nights sleep after a very long day. Very much appreciated, thank you! Breakfast was very good (I did look around at the takeout options but the in-house breakfast was better value). Location was really convenient and as lone female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around during the early evening and morning. "
