**Welcome**
The Talblick vacation rental is located in the Lago Edera building in a quiet setting right on Lake Eder. You can look forward to a relaxing retreat with a view of the valley and just a short walk to the water. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests. The house was renovated in 2026 and furnished to a high standard. Modern furniture blends with carefully selected historical details to create a calm, cozy atmosphere.

**Living & Relaxing**
The living room is your retreat after an active day at Lake Eder. Here, you can relax on the sofa, watch TV, or wind down the evening in peace.

The dining room is right next door. From here, you can step into the separate, well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are open and connected, creating a pleasant atmosphere for shared meals.

From the dining room, you can step out onto the covered terrace. It offers you a sheltered spot outdoors. Here, too, you can enjoy the view of the valley and spend relaxing hours outdoors.

A sleeper sofa is available in the living area for the 3rd and 4th guests.

**Sleeping**
The bedroom is spacious and offers plenty of room to unwind. A double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. A TV and a desk are also available for your use.

The bathroom is modernly equipped and features a walk-in shower and a toilet.

**Wellness**
The house features a new infrared sauna for four to five people, which is available to all three apartments. While you’re using it, you can lock the area so you can enjoy the sauna all to yourself and your apartment. Use of the sauna is free of charge. After a day at the lake, cycling, or hiking, you’ll find peace and relaxation here.

**Bedding and towels included**
This KomfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are provided—for a relaxing start to your vacation.

To get you started, a starter kit is waiting for you. It includes toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, a sponge, dish soap, and two dish towels.

**Services & Extras**
A free parking space is located right next to the house. You can conveniently park additional vehicles nearby. There’s a bike rack right next to the house. You can also store bikes securely in the garage, where you can charge e-bikes as well.

There’s a safe for valuables in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for shared use by the three vacation apartments at no charge.

**Vacations with Family and Friends**
The Lago Edera house consists of three vacation apartments: one with a panoramic view, one with a valley view, and one with a lake view. Families or couples who are friends can book one apartment or combine several apartments in the house. Each group has its own apartment, yet you’ll all be staying in the same house. Youth groups are not permitted.

**Location & Surroundings**
You’ll stay in a quiet location right on Lake Eder. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the door, so you can begin your excursions without any detours.
In front of the house, stairs lead down to the lake. This allows you to reach the water quickly and easily on foot. The boat dock is only about 100 m away and is also easily accessible.
The wildlife park, the dam, the panoramic hiking trail, and the climbing park are also within easy reach. Restaurants, a self-service store, the summer toboggan run, and boat tours on Lake Eder are all in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for active days and relaxing hours by the water.
