“I recently stayed in a Superior Double Room and was disappointed by the overall experience, particularly considering the premium rate charged. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel benefits from a large free car park, which was appreciated. However, several aspects fell well below what I would expect from a superior room. The room felt somewhat dated, and attention to detail was lacking. Only one teaspoon was provided despite there being two mugs in the room.……

“The hotel is very well maintained, looks pretty good inside and the staff are very welcoming. The room was first class. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds, first rate bathroom, all with a decent panoramic view. Everything we might hope for. Service in the restaurant was good, very attentive. Breakfast food would have been pretty good except that the hot food and drinks were all cold. But the lunch menu was disappointing, with heavy reliance on bread: sandwiches, toasties, pizza……

“The Staff are very helpful & friendly. The hotel restauraunt & Bar area are very nice. Breakfast is good with great service from the staff. Hotel is in a great spot on the high street close to everything you may want to visit, Shops Restauraunts & Bars. Beach is only a few minutes walk. I stayed with my Wife for 3 nights in a V - Residence room. Rooms are quite big with 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses were very springy so not very comfortable also noisy when you moved around or……

“Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back”

“Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room. After we had left the hotel to attend an event were informed of another room (but the exhaust fans of kitchen can be loud) so they didn’t offer it to us at that time. Then while in……
