“It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! The building could use some TLC, but I noticed some things have been updated. (Bathroom tile and vanity). The free continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage,……

“Red light on phone blinking constantly was a big distraction. Blower fan on the hvac ran constantly and very loud, we had it set on auto . There was no coffee maker in the room or a working clock or alarm clock. For a Wyndham facility seems pretty cheap.”

“We recently stayed overnight at Fox Lake Lodge, before we even arrived the staff was the nicest and very accommodating, great communication up to arrival. The place had everything we needed, very nice, clean and spacious on the inside. Overall I would highly recommend, they are newer and getting started and they didn’t a beat. ”

“Very cute decore themed on antique cars (Auburn). Very comfy lobby, as were the porch smoking areas. Rooms were nice. HVAC and fan worked properly, with no strange noises. Nice selection on large TV. Made up the rooms daily!!! Applebee's and a deli right around the corner, withing walking distance.”

“I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. I downgraded one star just because they weren’t provided initiall. I don’t know if it was……
