"The bedding was not swapped out for one of our rooms. The staff was pleasantly apologetic and immediately gave us fresh bedding. Grounds are clean, no dog poop on concrete walk ways. There is laundry and snack machines. "

"Hotel and staff were great. Was intimidated and cursed at and blocked in by some construction workers who felt we should have parked our trailer elsewhere. It was the front desk who told us to park there. We were told to go back to Canada by one construction worker which made us feel unsafe, so packed up at 9:00 and went to another hotel. "

"My stay was good & restful. No complaints other than some hair on the bathroom counter top upon my arrival. "

"The room at the Sure-Stay Hotel by Best Western was very clean and was arranged well. Food and shopping was only one exit away. Our only disappointment was the continental breakfast offered."

"The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. "
