I believe all rooms booked through Hotels.com are first floor only. Staff was excellent. We needed to change room because we had a very squeaky bed. This was such a gem. Only our second Vrbo but I would come here again. Very quiet, everything we needed and more. Everything was self-explanatory and the coffee was a nice touch. Didn’t have enough time to cook but I would’ve loved to cook on that island. Heat, hot water - very excellent!

This was a boys trip for Dad and kiddo plus our dog to get some fishing in during spring break. Everything was wonderful with the house and the overall property.
