The problem that we had was an infestation of gnats on the second floor. It made it difficult to enjoy that room but the others that we had were fine.”

“The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. ”

“I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around……

“We checked at 6 & at 6:30 & waited until 7:15am to leave & STILL no coffee nor continental breakfast as was a listed offering. Disappointing. Room was clean.”

“The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers! This only happens through the efforts of local management. Recruiting and training the right people and maintaining a supportive environment, but also one that demands great customer care. “Someone is doing things right.” Thanks we’ll be back.”
