"When I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff informed me that my reservation was canceled despite full prepayment, and I was left without a room. The front desk staff offered no solutions. Travelers should be aware of this poor service. I found more hospitable accommodations at the Extended Stay Hotel a few miles away."

"I took my family to stay in the Bay Area for the weekend for my nieces birthday. We always stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. When we arrived in the room the ice bucket had mold in it like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The sink still had hair in it like the previous guest shaved their facial hair all in it. So that wasn’t cleaned either. And the shower wouldn’t stop dripping even when we turned it off, so we heard the drip noise all night. The breakfast ended at 9:30am which seemed a bit early. Which caused us to pay for the brunch for a family of 4. At $60/person it was an expensive meal. I usually stay at Crowne Plaza in Foster when visiting the Bay Area. After this last stay I don’t think we will be returning."

"Great staff. Breakfast buffet was tasty, as was the managers social hour. Easy to drive to and just far enough off the highway that you didn't hear the traffic. Suite kitchen was nicely stocked and so convenient."
