Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. We stayed during the winter, and the two fireplaces were a great touch and really helped keep the space warm.When we arrived, a few fuses blew, which left some outlets—and the TV—without power. I messaged the owner but didn’t hear back. “The location was walkable to downtown, the track and where we needed to go. Apartment was inside a big single family chopped up into apts. There were 2 apts on the 1st floor. It was adequate for 2 people or less. Bedroom had old glass doors with fabric over the glass. They should be replaced with solid doors.. I’m a small person and felt the bathroon was an uncomfortably small laout. And the sofa bed was a thin mattress. OK maybe for a child. We didnt use the kitchen, so I can’t comment……
