Comfortable stay for 1 night, quiet street, very close to tourist attractions. Beware though - advertised breakfast is not in the hotel, but at their “sister” hotel, 5 mins walk

Good stay, we were assigned the front room by reception and it was amazing! Great sized rooms, cosy vibe throughout hotel. Quite a lot of stairs if you’re on a higher floor but beautiful hotel would definitely stay again! Close enough to everything in town centre but also quieter than main areas like princes street.

It was clean, good location, and overall great experience. For the price, it was a bit bare bones. No common areas, breakfast was not included, for three nights with just a twin bed about $750usd. While I had a lovely stay, it's hard to justify the price. Otherwise wonderful spot. I also didn't have any issue with the wifi. The one time it disconnected I just had to turn off my hidden IP and it fixed it immediately on my computer!

This was our least favorite stay during our 3 weeks in the UK. No common space, no amenities, no lights at the front door if you are out after dark. Our room looked out over a litter strewn lot. The bathroom had no shelves so toiletries were on the shower floor and toilet paper was on the bathroom floor. We thought the location was convenient to many cafes and restaurants. It’s close to the tram for easy airport access.
